Instead of making blocks in December, the Wombat Fiona suggested we hold a Secret Santa instead. Yeah baby! I love a handmade Secret Santa! I still can't show what I made as the recipient is still away on holidays, but I very excitedly can share what I received!
Kristy sent me this wonderful parcel of goodies! Awesome scraps, my favourite type of chocolate (Cadbury's white and milk chocolate mix), a Pilot Frixion pen which is just what I needed for my quilt designing doodling, a seam ripper and measuring tape (can never have too many!) and this incredible hoop...
She paper pieced my blog header!! How awesome is that?!! It's for me to hang on the wall to keep my rotary cutter and scissors and such safely away from little kiddies' curious fingers. I mean, she even used Simply Color. That is so me! I admit that it still isn't hung up yet... I don't know if I can bare to use something so pretty! Thank you so much Kristy, I am besotted.
